Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using moneyOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including workspace owners, admins, and team members.

2. Description of Service

moneyOS is a multi-tenant financial management platform that enables businesses to manage accounts, transactions, payroll, invoices, budgets, and reports. Features available depend on the subscription plan selected.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@moneyos.com.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your workspace.

Free trials are available on Pro plans for 14 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, your workspace will revert to the Free plan unless you upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Overload or disrupt the infrastructure supporting the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into moneyOS. We do not claim any rights to your financial data. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime resulting from factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, moneyOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
